If you haven't heard of the acai berry (pronounced ah-sigh-ee), then it's time you did. This little berry has created quite a stir among the health conscious people of the world. They have also been linked to viral and allergy fighting qualities. It has even been implied that anthocyanins might be cancer preventatives in that they block carcinogens and promote the death of tumor cells.

As for the fatty acids contained in acai berries, they have been shown to be just as important as anthocyanins. Oleic acid and linoleic acid both aid in reducing cholesterol and sustaining healthy levels of HDL, or good cholesterol. They augment the absorption of vitamins A, E, D, and K which are all necessary for good health. Oleic acid has even been studied and said to be of possible aid in preventing cancer and high blood pressure.

All the nutrients already mentioned are available in other fruits and vegetables, but the acai berry fruit has all of them plus others as well. It is truly one of the most advantageous natural foods available and a great addition to anyone's diet. No wonder it is hailed as a "miracle fruit" and the list of health benefits of acai berry seem to go on and on.

Panic attacks are just like snowflakes; no two are exactly alike. Some may present as only a racing heartbeat and last for a few minutes while others feel as if death is eminent and last a day or two. This means that those who suffer from panic attacks should be equipped with a variety of methods for stopping them because what works in one situation may not help in another. Also, if one has a companion near, having that person carry on a dialog that is unrelated to what is happening at the moment is also valuable. Hard physical labor, such as hammering or weight lifting, can also work in this capacity.

Finally, self-talk can often stop a panic attack before it becomes full blown. This involves replacing negative thoughts, such as “I’m going to faint” with more positive ideas. This could be repeating some of the following reassuring phrases: “I know this is just a panic attack;” “I will be fine in just a bit;” “This is not life threatening.” Although this inner dialogue may not feel like reality at the time, repetition will help the brain to accept it as being truthful.

These ideas can be extremely helpful in stopping them in their early stages. By planning ahead, one can have a course of action that will give him or her some sense of being in control of these terrifying events.

Stronger attacks that reach longer are done by tilting the stick to the direction you want to use that amount of force.

It would be wise to power up first by pressing and holding the attack button when performing a smash attack. Unleash that power when the time is right. Don’t get too excited, save it! Your four special moves are Up Special Move, Standard Special Move, Side Special Move and Down Special Move. Use this when you see yourself already flying high off the screen. Discover as you explore the buttons and the screen. You may want to press it longer to charge up attacks. Shield and protect yourself from your enemies. Smash Bros is purely brawling and beating up opponents while getting all the fun from running and flying. The final smash is the most powerful move. This can be performed only once. You may have the final smash as an incentive in obtaining Smash Ball.

I can’t find any new info on the gulf oil spill. But I’m guessing that nothings being done about it and it’s not going to be plugged or taken care of..

Yokohama, a city that sits in Tokyo Bay, is often overlooked when traveling in Japan. I admit, it is not that exciting and culturally rich as other travel destinations, but it still has unique attractions to offer. There are many places of interest in Yokohama that fascinates travelers. At 106 meters, Yokohama Marine Tower, is the tallest inland light house in the whole world. It is located in the Yamashita Park next to the water front in the celebrated port area of Kannai. Japan’s largest Chinatown is situated in this city as well, and is worth a visit. You will find the food tasting very different from the Chinatown in New York or any other place. If you liked the ramen noodles there, be sure to stop by the Shin Yokohama Ramen Museum to learn how this mouth-watering dish spread from Yokohama to the rest of Japan. Very near to Chinatown is the famous Yokohama Doll Museum and the Silk Center. The Kanagawa Museum of Modern Literature with its lovely rose garden is also within reach.

Yokohama’s harbor area houses the Cosmo Clock 21, which is not only a giant ferry wheel but the worlds biggest clock too. It also provides amazing photographs at night. If you’re awed by vast arenas or stadiums, the Yokohama Arena built for 17,000 people is in the vicinity, next to the Shikansen station. The International Stadium Yokohama and Nissan Stadium are some more. Finally, in the Naka Ward, there is a famous Japanese garden called “Sankeien” that was designed by a silk trader, Tomitaro Hara.

Do you think all the media coverage of the Tampa Bay Rays is unfair to the Phillies?

I mean the phillies are going to the world series too. and I think it’s unfair that they’re not getting any coverage. They might come out with the biggest chip on their shoulders and that could be bad for the Rays.
I know the Rays are a feel good story but damn, let’s not celebrate just yet.

Every time I watch the media mention Wikileaks, it just seems to shout out to me that this is an “orchestrated” leak. It just seems that we “want” our enemy’s to read it. I don’t buy it!

Whoever released those docs is a patriot of the highest order. The thought that those who send the men and women in harms way can shift blame to people who simply report the actions taking place after the fact is incredibly ballsy and disgusting.

The Taliban do not need to read Wikileaks to know what is going on lol. They are already doing the things in the reports which is why they are reports on PAST actions! Everything in these leaks is something people all over the world have already know except for the ordinary American people. The entire ‘Afghanization’ aspect of the war is going no where. There are too many divided loyalties and too many corrupt profiteers waiting like vultures on all sides. The Afghan central government is a joke of the highest order and is only a screen for American contractors and CIA meddling in the 500 billion a year industry of the poppy fields. The Pakistani ISI is simply doing the same thing for their own business interests using the Taliban as a ‘neutral’ to balancing force against the US brokered Karzai governement.
